| The combination of the downward or upward flow of the water and the multi-grade media enables the Centra-flo™ Filter to offer the best performance available. As the flow increases, the media compacts and yields consistently superior filtrate. |
| Low Pressure Drop |
| The Centra-flo™ Filter is designed as either a down flow or up flow filter. The patented design allows the majority of the captured solids to be removed in the coarse media. A reduction in head loss across the filter is achieved by the increase in bed turn over rate. By design the Centra-flo™ Filter cleans the coarse media three to four times faster than the fine media. |

| Operation and maintenance costs are minimized. The Centra-flo™ Filter has no internal moving parts. No special operator training is required to operate and maintain the Centra-flo™ Filter. Routine, scheduled operator attention and service is all that is required. |

| The Centra-flo™ Filter will meet the strictest construction requirements in the industry. Standard materials on construction include FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastics), carbon steel with high protective coatings, as well as stainless steel (type 304, 304L, 316, 316L).
